Welcome to y666y. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the y666y website located at https://y666y.cam ("Platform"), operated by y666y ("we", "us" or "our"). Access to the Platform is restricted to users who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, y666y grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial informational purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute or create derivative works from any Content on the Platform without prior written consent from y666y;
• Use automated tools (including bots, scrapers, crawlers or data-mining utilities) to extract Content from the Platform;

Any use of the Platform that exceeds the scope of the licence granted above, or that violates these Terms, will automatically terminate your licence and may result in legal action.

When using the Platform, you agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Violate any Applicable Law, regulation or third-party right, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights;
• Upload, transmit or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, harmful to minors, or otherwise objectionable;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any associated database or network;
• Introduce or transmit any virus, malware, ransomware, trojan horse, worm or other harmful code;
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or any other action that impairs or disrupts the operation of the Platform;
• Impersonate y666y, its staff, or any other person or entity;
• Use the Platform to solicit personal data from other users or to engage in phishing, spam or unsolicited communications;
• Use the Platform in connection with any fraudulent or deceptive scheme or to facilitate money laundering or other financial crime.

y666y reserves the right to report any prohibited conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities and to cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

All Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Platform and its Content — including but not limited to written articles, guides, page layouts, graphic design, colour schemes, logos, trade marks and software code — are and shall remain the exclusive property of y666y or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any Intellectual Property Rights to you. The limited licence granted in Section 6 above does not constitute a transfer of any ownership interest in the Platform or its Content.

If you believe that any Content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us promptly at the email address listed in Section 15 below with full details of your claim.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, y666y expressly disclaims all warranties, including:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement;
• Any warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from viruses or harmful components;
• Any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability or timeliness of any Content, including information about third-party operators, games, odds or promotional offers;
• Any warranty that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

y666y does not endorse any third-party operator, product or service described or referenced on the Platform. Users engage with any operator entirely at their own risk and should conduct their own due diligence before participating in any gambling activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, y666y, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary loss or damage of any kind;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities;
• Financial losses arising from gambling activity undertaken in reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Losses arising from the acts or omissions of any third-party operator referenced on the Platform;
• Any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with Applicable Law, including Pakistani gambling restrictions;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of access to the Platform.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, the aggregate liability of y666y to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of PKR 1,000 (one thousand Pakistani Rupees), which is the nominal maximum reflective of the Platform's nature as a free informational service.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles, unless a specific governing law is designated by the operator licence jurisdiction.

Pakistani Users — Important Notice: Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and additional provincial regulations may apply. y666y does not represent that use of this Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the Platform complies with Applicable Law in your jurisdiction. This paragraph and these Terms do not constitute legal advice.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under Applicable Law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
